My mission is to make pilates exercise accessible to BIPOC, LGBTQIA and immigrant communities. Informed by my life as a woman of color and 20 years of personal pilates practice, I teach pilates exercise to support self healing through building muscular strength.
Mission
What is pilates exercise?
Pilates exercise is primarily focused on stabilizing, strengthening and moving your core. Your core is your torso: everything from your shoulders to your hips. It is home to your largest muscles, life sustaining organs, and is the main pathway for the nervous system to communicate with the mind. This exercise teaches you to deepen your mind-body communication an makes you more resilient in all areas of your life.

In-person individual session
$40-80/ hr sliding scale, pay what you can no questions asked
The best way to begin, support and expand your wellness goals is with 1 on 1 sessions. Most will benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Pilates is appropriate for nearly every body. Learn more here.
Group classes at EHS Pilates
$28-40/ hr depending on class type
Join Esperanza’s group pilates classes at EHS Pilates in the Mission district. Great if you’re ready for a faster paced communal setting. Booking through EHS. Weekly class schedule here.
Private group class
$250-$450 / 90 min session
